Calendar View: Sharing Your Availability with Smarty Slots 🕒

With Smarty's Slots, sharing your availability is quick, tailored, and efficient.

No more one-size-fits-all links. Give each person a unique selection of times that work just for them:

  1. Using the + button on the bottom right of the calendar view or by pressing "A" on your keyboard, you move Smarty in scheduling links mode

  2. Smarty defaults to using your default working hours to auto-select times for you for this week. You can turn this off in Settings -> Default preferences.

  3. Drag over the times you're free and wish to offer.

  4. In seconds, Smarty will generate a neat booking link tailored to your selection.

Personalize the booking experience further by adding their name and email to the link. Rest easy knowing they'll only see the times you've shared. No overlaps, no double bookings. It's that simple.

Command Line: Creating Scheduling Links in Smarty 📅

Effortlessly create scheduling links using the Create Button or the intuitive command line in Smarty.

For instance, to set up a coffee meeting with Jane Doe next week:

  1. Type "/scheduling Coffee @next week @Jane Doe" into the command line.

  2. Smarty will then cross-reference your default working hours with Jane's availability.

  3. You'll receive a custom link showcasing times that work for both of you.

Remember, with Smarty, scheduling isn't just about finding time, it's about making time effortlessly.
