Understanding Permissions in Smarty

At Smarty, we prioritize both functionality and your privacy. Here is a brief guide to the permissions we request and the reasons behind them. You can choose to enable as many or as few integrations and permissions as you want and revoke access at any time from the Integrations Settings page in Smarty.

Calendar

  • What we need it for: To schedule events, share your availability, and assist you in joining meetings seamlessly.

  • What we won't do: Modify or delete events without your clear instruction.

Contacts

  • What we need it for: To enable auto-fill when you're typing email addresses, enhancing your efficiency.

  • What we won't do: Utilize your contacts for anything beyond the stated purpose.

Email

  • What we need it for: To help you manage, compose, and read your emails and workflows related to email.

  • What we won't do: Send any emails that you haven't personally crafted.
