Visit the Smarty product website to begin.
Sign in and integrate your Google calendar & contacts for a seamless experience.
Grant the necessary permissions to allow integration.
Good news β no credit card is required to start experimenting with Smarty.
If you decide to subscribe, head to our billing page at any point during your trial.
Step 2: Onboarding Flow
Select Your Defaults
Default calendars: Choose the calendars Smarty should prioritize, helping you visualize your most crucial appointments at a glance.
Default duration: Set a standard length for your events and tasks, streamlining the scheduling process by pre-filling the duration field.
Default timezone: Establish your primary timezone to ensure all your tasks and events align with your local time, avoiding any scheduling conflicts.
Default working hours: Define your standard working hours to assist Smarty in selecting available slots for auto-scheduling tasks and setting up new events accurately.
Flash Keyboard Shortcuts
Accelerate your workflow with keyboard shortcuts. Press "?" or "/" to display all shortcuts available on the current page. Remember, practice makes perfect β the more you use them, the quicker you'll navigate through Smarty.
/ Command
Create diverse content swiftly with a "/". With the "/" command, you can create different types of entities, like:
Tasks
Events
Scheduling Links
Notes
You can also use the "/" command to open up the side panel and add more nuanced details about your current entity.
Start utilizing "/" to orchestrate your day efficiently. Compile creating your tasks, events, scheduling, and notes in one centralized location.

Employ "@" to categorize and schedule your content meticulously. It enables you to:

Enhance your tasks or events or other entities with additional details using the side panel. Click the side panel icon to start adding comprehensive information. Or use the "/" when creating an entity to open up the side panel.
