Managing Your Bookings in Smarty 📆

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to adjust your plans. In Smarty, we've made it easy for visitors who've booked an appointment to either cancel or reschedule, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

How to Cancel or Reschedule a Booking:

The invitee to your scheduling link can easily cancel or reschedule a booking when they:

1. Locate the Original Scheduling Link in the Event:

  • Open the event that was created from the booking. Within the description, you'll find the original scheduling link provided.

2. Click the Link:

  • By accessing the original scheduling link, you'll be taken to the booking interface where your scheduled appointment is highlighted.

3. Find Your Booking:

  • Look for options to either 'Cancel' or 'Reschedule' adjacent to your highlighted appointment.

4. Decide:

  • If you can't make the meeting, simply click 'Cancel'.

  • If you wish to choose a different time, select 'Reschedule' and pick a new slot that aligns with your availability.

5. Get Confirmation:

  • Upon making your choice, you'll promptly receive a confirmation, so you know for certain that your updates are in place.

Making changes to your scheduled appointments in Smarty is just that simple! We aim to provide a seamless experience for all users, ensuring you can adapt to any changes in your plans without a hitch.

Pro tip: Always keep the lines of communication open. If you make any changes, it's a good practice to inform the other participants to ensure everyone is well-informed.
